Kat Kerr is a literary agent with Donald Maass Literary Agency (DMLA) and has been part of the publishing industry since 2016. After receiving her BA in English Literature from Florida State University in 2009, Kat made Tallahassee her home. She lives there with her husband and two kids. Kat has worked with numerous authors on developing their manuscripts, and she strongly supports organizations like We Need Diverse Books that focus on diversity and inclusivity in literature.
