Zach Weston is a faculty member at the Dedman School of Hospitality at Florida State University where he teaches Food & Beverage Management, Catering Management, International Food & Culture, and manages the Ashby Stiff Little Dinner Series. He spent 9 years cooking in fine dining restaurants before accepting a fulltime teaching position after completing his MBA.
